The bin does the work
One 16 ft × 7 ft roll-off holds a whole-home's worth of junk — 2 tons of disposal included, up to 5 tons total. Fill it with furniture, boxes, appliances, and clutter.
Load it on your schedule
Going the bin-only route, there's no clock ticking. Clear the garage this weekend and the basement next — you keep the bin for the length of your rental, so a big cleanout can go at your own pace.
We haul it off
When you're done, tell us — we pick up the loaded bin and take it away. One flat price for the bin and the haul, no per-item or per-truckload surprises.

Truckload junk services charge by volume. The bin is one flat rate for the bin and the haul, chosen by how long you need it — helpers, if you want them, are quoted separately:
